The two main components are:

You'll notice that there are other things contained within the licensebox. Specifically, they're contained within the sets of =====. They're pretty straightforward, but I'll give a basic rundown for them.
Filename is the name of the file on Wikidot. (Sidenote: images must be hosted on the wiki unless they are art pages, in which case Imgur or DeviantArt can be an applicable host.) To find the filename, click Files.
Name denotes the actual name of the image. You'll be able to find this on the source page if there is one.
``Author`` is the person that created the image.
``License`` is the license of the image. You'll be able to find this on the source page as well.
``Source Link`` is the link to the source page.
``Derivative of`` and ``Applicable Notes`` are both seldom used. The only time they really are used is for image edits and weird stuff like Pixabay. In most cases, you can just delete those sections.
You just add the licensebox at the bottom of the page (there can be nothing below it). Make sure to add the _licensebox tag when you've added the licensebox. When looking at an article with an image, you should first find the image source. This is often in the discussion or in an infobox.
I'll run through a few scenarios now.
Scenario 1: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-5000
A page like SCP-5000 has multiple images. These are created by different sources. One, an image from the wiki but not by Tanhony, one an image from Flickr, and one an image by Tanhony himself.

For the sake of convenience, I'll isolate a few key bits. First off is the co-author bit. When an article is co-authored or the account that posted it has been deleted, you'll need to use the top bit that includes the author name instead of the normal top bit:

To use this, you just replace YourAliasHere with whatever the name(s) is/are. In SCP-3000, it looks like this:

In this case, you'll need to credit the composed image as well as the individual sources. The Derivative of: section is left in, and the images are credited separately down below.
Scenario 3: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-055
This one has no images, so the licensebox is pretty simple:

You'll notice that there's no set of =====. When there's no image, delete these =====s. This is because anything in-between will go into the masterlist.
